Purpose: HAMNiC Solutions provides research support, coaching, and editorial services for educational and professional development. Deliverables are intended to guide the Client’s work and may not be submitted as solely student-authored material where prohibited.
AI Transparency: AI may be used in Tiers 1 and 2. We maintain logs of AI usage and never deliver unchecked AI-generated final outputs. Premium services (Tier 3) use no generative AI for drafting.
Confidentiality: Client files and communications are private and stored securely. We do not share client work without consent.
Liability: HAMNiC provides professional services but is not responsible for academic penalties arising from client misuse.
Revisions & Refunds: Each package includes stated revisions. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; additional revision requests may incur fees.
Scope: Provider offers coaching, editing, and workshops. Services will not create or submit student work in violation of institutional policy.
AI Disclosure: AI may be used in specified tiers; logs will be provided on request.
Payment: Fees are due as agreed; deposits required for long projects.
Termination: Either party may end the agreement with written notice; refunds handled case-by-case.
